Our History

Established in 1983, Yi Kou Wei is known for their local famous freshly made Springroll “Popiah” in their early years when they were located in Uppercross Street. As the years passed, we devoted ourselves to the production of “Gu Zao Wei” and “Bai Cao Wei”, and slowly, we built our reputation in selling our unique traditional cakes.

From picking the ingredients to the actual production and then to packaging and product development, Yi Kou Wei has a team of more than 20 years of entrepreneurial experience management.
